Thank you for shopping with VIVD Reality. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you will find our current shipping policy for domestic and international orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship from Cary, North Carolina, and offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and seasonal volume.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically take longer to process and deliver.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
- Expedited International Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages:
While we strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery, once your package leaves our facility, delays or issues may occur that are outside our control. If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at vivdreality@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
